Hi, I’m Mel.
I’ve spent more than 10 years working behind the scenes in online businesses.
I started in virtual support and moved through online business management, operations, systems and strategy. I’m comfortable in the messy backend: websites, email platforms, automations, CRMs, checkouts, courses, spreadsheets, processes and troubleshooting.
Sometimes you don’t need a consultant, a new VA or a three-month package. You just need someone capable to log in and get it done.
Right now, every Hourly Virtual Support session is completed personally by me. That may evolve as the business grows, but the idea will stay the same: capable, practical support when you need it.

Hourly Virtual Support works best for clear, contained implementation, troubleshooting and business-support tasks.
Your booking reserves 60 minutes of working time rather than guaranteeing a particular task will be completed within the hour. If something needs longer, I’ll stop at the end of your session and tell you what’s complete, what remains and what I recommend next.
Larger projects, full website builds, custom development, specialist professional services and work requiring significant strategy or discovery may fall outside scope. If I can see that your request isn’t suitable before your session, I’ll let you know.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book a call first?
No. The service is intentionally asynchronous. Book your time, submit your task and provide what I need to get started. No sales call or Zoom meeting required.
What if my task takes less than an hour?
Send additional tasks in priority order. If I finish the first with time remaining, I’ll move to the next wherever possible.
What if it takes longer?
I’ll complete as much as reasonably possible, then let you know what remains. You can book another session if you’d like me to continue. I won’t send an unexpected invoice.
Can I book more than one hour?
Yes. TimeTap lets you add multiple available sessions and pay for them together.
When will my work be completed?
You choose a specific available support session, and that’s when I’ll work on your task. New sessions are generally released 7–10 days ahead.
What if all sessions are booked?
Join the waitlist and you’ll be notified when more availability opens.
Will you know my particular platform?
I’ve worked across a wide range of online-business systems over the past 10+ years and I’m comfortable finding my way around new tools. If your task needs highly specialised expertise, I’ll tell you.
What do you need from me?
